How many bedrooms does Lower Hollow have?
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is one of the only 2-bedroom options at Sundance.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 7: a queen in the first bedroom, a queen plus a twin bunk in the second bedroom, and a pull-out couch.
How do I book?
Request your dates with the form. The owner confirms availability, and Sundance's reservations team books the stay, takes payment and handles taxes. No payment is taken on this site.
Is this cheaper than two hotel rooms?
For groups and families, one 2-bedroom unit is typically a lower-cost choice than booking two of the resort's hotel rooms. Ask for a quote for your dates.
Is there a pool, hot tub or sauna?
Yes, through the optional resort package ($50 per day). It includes The Springs at Sundance: a pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, an outdoor fireplace and a cold plunge in the river. These are shared resort facilities, not in the unit.
Is Lower Hollow a good choice for Sundance Film Festival lodging?
It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 7, so it can work well for a group during festival season. Send your dates for a quote and availability.
Is this a good Sundance ski condo?
Yes. It is about a 5-minute walk to the Village and the lifts, and the resort package adds Boot Room and ski valet access in winter.
Is Lower Hollow a pet-friendly Sundance condo?

What resort access is included with the package?
For $50 per day, the optional package gives you the same access as Sundance hotel guests: The Springs (a pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, an outdoor fireplace and a cold plunge in the river), the hotel fitness room, daily yoga and stretch room, the Activity Center, Boot Room and ski valet (winter), plus breakfast in the owners' lounge.
How far is the Village?
About a 5-minute walk to Village dining, shops, the Art Studio and the lifts.
Who handles check-in?
Check-in and keys are handled by the Sundance front desk.
